ECOPOWER Precipitated Silica
ECOPOWER precipitated silica is amorphous form of silica(Silicon dioxide,SiO2).
It is a synthetic product basically obtained through the reaction between sodium silicate and sulfuric acid, leading to a product with high purity and fineness, white, very thin, low apparent density, high superficial area, and great ability to adsorb liquids.
Main applications: agriculture, food industry, rubber, ceramics, household cleaners (domissanitary), pharmaceutical, chemical, paints, etc.
Silicone Rubber Grade
SAI Series as an alternatives to fumed silica(SiO2) in colored, and translucent,black,non-black silicone rubber compounds.
It is ultra-fine precipitated Silica and offer the following mechanical properties:
- Excellent tensile-strength, tear-strength and flex-fatigue resistance
- Cost-effective reinforcing strength
- Reduced crepe hardening
- Outstanding compression-set resistance
- Exceptional resistance to heat-aging(Lowest Fe content)
