It produced from petroleum derived C9 fraction through thermal polymerization technique.
and C9 resin has a transparent granular solid with the color of yellow to light brown.

HCR C9 aromatic resin has the many properties such as good solubility, mutual solubility, water resistance, insulation.
In addition resin C9 also has excellent chemical stability over acid and alkali, good adhesive strength, and low heat conduction.

Application
C9 Resin is suitable many fileds , such as coating, paint, printing ink, adhesive, rubber assistant agent and modified resin, etc.
1. Paint:
hydrocarbon resin C9 join in the paint can increase paint gloss, which can increase adhesive force, hardness, very good chemical stability over acid and alkali.
Meantime marine paint alkyd paint has also been widely used.
2. Adhesive:
aromatic resin C9 in the adhesive and pressure sensitive tape can improve the adhesive, good chemical stability over acid and alkali and water.
3. Ink:
C9 Hydrocarbon resin in the ink can show color, fast dry, brightening effect, and can improve the effect such as printing performance.
