Silane Coupling Agent mix silica Crosile – 69 S in Rubber

Silane coulping agent is a solid form mixture,and it can be used Silane in rubber industry

The product is a mixture ,so it can  includes content 50% Bis ( 3-(triethoxysilyl ) propyl )tetrasulfide  and  content 50% SIO2 (silica dioxide  ) .

Normally the product has white granular or powder with light odor of ethyl alcohol.

Application

1. The type named Crosile-69S is a kind of multifunctional silane coupling agent ,and  it has been used successfully in the rubber industry.
2. The mixture is used to improve physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizates when using it .
3. And it is able to markedly improve tensile strength, tearing strength and abrasive resistance and even reduce compression set of vulcanizates.
4. In addition , it can reduce the viscosity and improve the processability of rubber products.
5. Crosile-69S is especially suitable to improve the reinforcing properties of fillers  because it contain hydroxyl groups in all unsaturated polymers having double bonds or their blends
