HOW TO DO

When sulfuric acid is used to produce precipitated silica, his main waste water contains sodium sulfate.

The treatment method is to first filter out the slurry from the mother liquor of high-pressure sodium sulfate,

use gypsum plant use or self-incineration of sodium sulfate, then wash the filter cake with tap water and acidic waste water,

and use sodium silicate to produce alkali-containing waste water, and from PH6~ 9 release.

In the production of hydrochloric acid, his main waste water contains sodium chloride.

After treatment, the mother liquor rich in sodium chloride is first recovered and reused by acid-brine,

and the filter cake and tap water meet the discharge standard.
